Top notch pizza AND service! I requested a joke because it's been a year, with the pandemic and all, and laughter IS the best medicine. Not only was the pizza phenomenal, they literally humored me by honoring my request and adding a joke to my pizza box. To the person who went above and beyond to satisfy my request, THANK YOU! Thank you for working during a pandemic. You are AMAZING! I hope Karma shines down upon you and your pillow is always cool, no matter the side. I hope you never experience the plastic baggie on a gas pump. I hope you have all green lights down Kingston Pike FOREVER. I hope you avoid every pothole for the rest of your LIFE. Just THANK YOU! Went with the white pizza after struggling to decide which one of their pies to try for the first time. Friend had the spicy hawaiian. Both pizzas were excellent. Pizza was hot and fresh in a timely fashion, and baked perfectly. Good quality ingredients. I really like what you guys are doing and will recommend to all my friends. I'm a local, so I've tried pretty much all the names you hear when people talk local pizza. And this can go toe to toe with any of them. Not words I use lightly. Pizza is life. So, thank you for a great meal, and I look forward to trying more of what you bring to the table. ~ Adam C

I was a bit apprehensive because they only have one type of crust & I usually like NY-style floppy crust or thin & crispy but this super helpful lady who worked there answered my questions & set me at ease so I ordered the Bruschetta Pizza & it was PERFECT! I loved the fresh tomatoes, basil, mozzarella & shaved parmesan AND the crust was so good!! My daughter loves the sandwiches too! And they have restaurant parking a couple of doors down making it convenient for dine-in & pickup! Highly recommend! ~ Mama M

Just ordered a take out tres amigos and some garlic parmesan breadsticks. First, they are incredibly quick for pick up orders (less than 15 minutes- basically long enough to walk to my car and drive over). While the breadsticks aren't the best things ever, they're still REALLY good, and none of that matters because their pizza is FANTASTIC. The tres amigos pizza is definitely as good, if not better, than you can imagine it when you read what all it entails. If you want pizza and you're anywhere near campus, go here. ~ Cam H

Best pizza in Knoxville!!! I am a first time customer and I will NEVER order from The Hut again lol. BRENZ FOREVER!!! I ordered the Bruschetta pizza. The seasoned olive oil is very tasty and the cheeses are amazing. I also like the square slices and the crusty dough. I also got some garlic butter and it had fresh garlic. They were out of the cookie flavor I ordered so they brought a selection. I picked the chocolate chip and they have huge chocolate chips and chunks the size of quarters! Also they are FAST! It arrived in under 30 mins. ~ maegan h

I wanted to thank Brenz for the great pizza and great service. When we called in our large order from our office, Ari took our order with patience and accuracy. Bradley delivered our food exactly at our requested delivery time and was professional and courteous. Both were extremely kind and showed excellent customer service! They fulfilled orders for 12 people, labeled all of our boxes for each person, and not a single thing was incorrect. The pizza was delicious and perfectly baked. Thanks, y'all! ~ Casey D

Brenz really impressed me last night. So much so as to leave a review after years of frequenting this place. I had a large group of family in town for the Georgia game and was looking for an easy way to feed 16 people. I ordered 150 bucks worth of food from here at 630 on a game night and the wait was only 30 minutes for all of that food! Truly impressed. I walked in 30 minutes later and they were finishing boxing it up. Thank you SO SO much for making my life easier, I truly appreciate it. And the food was on point as usual. ~ Brenden M

Ordered carryout from the Knoxville location on 7/25/2025. My interaction with the staff was limited, but they were very courteous and willing to provide any incidentals you asked for. I ordered an individual size, loaded pep and cheese, along with a chef salad. The pizza was excellent. Great flavor, the didn't skimp on the toppings, even though it was an individual size. The only complaints for the pizza were actually a result of me not ordering properly... I typically order my crust well done and lite on the sauce, neither of which I did, but that in no way detracted from the quality of their pizza. The salad was great. The greens were fresh and crispy, the cheese was fresh mozzarella, and the meats were of the same excellent quality they use on their pizzas. My only gripe with the salad was the Italian dressing. It seemed to be very thin and watery and bland tasting, very uncharacteristic of a good quality Italian dressing. That said, I'll gladly come back when I return to Knoxville again. Even better for me, Brenz has three locations in the Columbus, Ohio area. ~ Darwin J

We received a coupon in the mail, so this is the first time ordering delivery from Brenz Pizza. I ordered two 12 inch pizza's, one pepperoni and one classic and a large spinach salad. The salad is large enough for 2-3 people. The pizza and salad were delicious! They use quality and fresh ingredients. The delivery was pretty quick under 30 minutes and the pizza was hot! I'm so glad I found them! We'll definitely be ordering from Brenz in the future. Yummy :) ~ Mary L

This place is by far one of the best pizza restaurants I have eaten at. They have a quite number of specialty pizzas and you can create your own too, each ingredient is 2 dollars on create your own pizza. The prices here are not high and the pizzas are amazing. I highly recommend this place. They also do catering and they deliver on a two mile radius from the restaurant. ~ Toni L

I ordered here on a whim to just try something new. Let me tell you this place IS AMAZING!!!! The wings are OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS!!!! The pizza oh the rustic pizza is AWESOME!!! Do not get me started on how DELICIOUS the garlic butter is. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place! If you wanna eat a place that truly cares about there customer service and how there company serves you. I just got a personal phone call about how there service was not company standards. And they made it right because they care about what they represent. And I've never once had a bad slice of pizza from this joint. So delicious! The pizzas are always well cooked and have generous helpings of toppings. I also love the personal pizza size option! It can get a little busy inside on the weekends (especially on game day), but pickup orders are always very quick. Try the Brenz Bomber, or you can never go wrong with the cheesy breadsticks! ~ Emily B

I love this place. The food is unbeatable and I've never had pizza as good as this place. The heritage honey is heaven and there is nothing better than a hot brenz pizza. Brenz Pizza Company is my current favorite pizza place in Knoxville. The Heritage Honey pizza is like nothing you've ever experienced-who would have thought hot honey would belong on a pizza? As soon as I walked in to Brenz Pizza Co... the place had a noticeably nice artesian quality and atmosphere!! Deciding on a chef salad for lunch... It was no doubt prepared aesthetically pleasing but was also packed full of a flavor explosion that no one saw coming from a salad😌🙂 GREAT FLAVOR, MAGNIFICENT SETTING!! ~ Jason E

On a cold winter night, I ordered two pizzas which came out of the oven piping hot and very tasty. The spicy Hawaiian is awesome and I ordered a cheese pizza alongside it which was also delicious. Wonderful pizza and amazing service! Since my very first visit, this became one of my favorite places in Knoxville! Pizzas are made to order and they are highly customizable! Highly recommend!!! Wow! Our team of 9 tried Brenz today and it was no doubt the best Pizza we have ever had!! The Heritage Honey was so good with the All The Meat Pizza a huge hit also. The Veggie Pizza was very fresh and the BBQ Chicken had fabulous ingredients. If ya love great Pizza....Brenz belongs on your list !! ~ George T

Ordered lunch delivery today. First time trying Brenz Pizza and it was absolutely delicious! Greek Salad ingredients were super fresh and the Greek Dressing was yummy! The personal size pepperoni pizza was great and the crust was cooked perfectly! Oh...the delivery took less than 30 minutes. I will definitely order again. ~ Karen P

We arrived late into Knoxville after an 8 hour drive. Wanted to grab something quick. This was across the street from our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The pizza & sandwiches were really good. It was so good we returned the next night for salads & pizza. Definitely would come back if we are in the area. ~ dawnne r

Visiting from out of town and got The Heater Pizza and I have to say it’s the best pizza I’ve had in long time !! If you like hot & spicy pizza this is the one . Will be returning to try a different pizza . Staff very friendly and clean inside restaurant! ~ Jane R

My personal, biased opinion is that this is the best place to get pizza, ever! I love it!!! Staff is friendly, food is fresh/flavorful, pizza selections are different/exciting, environment is clean. Bonus = you can watch them make and throw the dough on site. ~ Janette W
